Bristol City have completed the loan signing of striker Chris Wood from West Brom until the end of the season, subject to Football League clearance and a medical.
The young New Zealand international spent the first half of the campaign on loan at Birmingham, where he established himself as the club’s top scorer, netting 10 goals in 28 appearances in all competitions.
Blues
boss Chris Hughton was keen to bring Wood back to St Andrew’s for the rest of the season but the 20-year-old has instead linked up with Championship rivals the Robins.
